Global people specialists Faststream Recruitment Group celebrated their 20th anniversary in style by attending the largest beach polo event in the world – the Polo at Sandbanks.

The Faststream Recruitment Group was established in 1999 and in that time has grown to boast three specialist recruitment brands; Shipping & Maritime recruitment specialist Faststream Recruitment, Architecture and Interior Design recruitment specialist FRAME Recruitment and our newest addition to the Faststream family Aviation recruitment specialist GOOSE Recruitment.
In direct contrast to Faststream’s humble beginnings as a “one-man-start-up”, the Faststream Recruitment Group now employs over 100 staff members across the EMEA, Asia-Pacific and the Americas regions. Hiring the top global talent across recruitment, business development, finance, learning and development, marketing and administrative support, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last 20 years.
CEO and Founder of the Faststream Recruitment Group, Mark Charman prides himself on the growth of the business and puts it down to one particular component; people.

The team from Faststream Recruitment, FRAME Recruitment and GOOSE Recruitment enjoyed a champagne reception followed by a three-course meal whilst watching the most elite Polo players in the UK compete for the coveted title of British Beach Polo Champions. The day continued with a spectacular fashion show showcasing everything that’s hot on the runway right now. The evening ended with live music from The House & Garage Orchestra where the team enjoyed some time on the dance floor to some beautifully reworked anthems.
