Job Description
- Manage and take lead in tender process
- Prepare competitive, high-quality proposals in close collaboration with other Tender management teams, account owners and other support functions.
- Develop competitive proposals within required time parameters, following tender guidelines to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain in-house pricing knowledge in close cooperation with Air/ Ocean cargo divisions and countries.
- Preparing commercial and technical write-up on our offer for inclusion in tenders.
- Ensure smooth transition to Implementation team upon business award and assist on SOP setup specifically on rate aspect.
- Target driven, Strong organizational skills, Independent, resourceful, good communicator
- Knowledge & Experience working in Freight Forwarding and Multi-modal Logistic Tender Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
