The position involves close collaboration with vessel crews and technical teams, ensuring maintenance, dry-docking schedules, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements are effectively managed. Your expertise will be applied directly to operational activities, supporting both planning and execution across the fleet.
Key Requirements
- Former Chief Engineer with solid seagoing background and shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent.
- Strong track record in vessel maintenance, inspections, and dry-dock planning.
- Confident leader with the ability to guide diverse, multicultural teams.
- Practical knowledge of working with general cargo vessels, tugs, or barges is highly desirable.
