As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Vessel Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and manage maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities for the offshore vessels. Ensure timely execution of planned maintenance schedules.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor vessel performance, including machinery, equipment, and systems. Address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the finance department to manage the vessel maintenance budget effectively. Optimize costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, class requirements, and company policies. Liaise with relevant authorities and classification societies.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers, shipyards, and service providers to source spare parts, negotiate contracts, and oversee repairs.
- Safety and Quality: Promote a strong safety culture onboard the vessels. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

- Onshore Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar technical role onshore, preferably with offshore vessels.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
