We are partnering with a global shipping company to hire a competent Technical Superintendent to be based in their Australia office.
Seagoing experience is optional, but you should have proven engineering capabilities working with and maintaining tugs, launch boats, ferries, coastal vessels or other small to mid sized boats.
You will be responsible for 9 vessels - consisting of tugs, launch boats and passenger boat. You will monitor their daily operations and attend to any technical issue either directly or remotely through your crew when it happens. Scheduling the vessels for repairs and maintenance, as well as budget planning.
