This is a 12 month, fixed term direct employment contract opportunity, the goal is for the successful candidate to be converted to a permanent position after year one.
 
As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner with our exciting Client, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our global business operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of in-house talent acquisition experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers, facilitate the hiring process, and provide a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and talent market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of in-house talent acquisition experience, with a focus on global recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent marketing is a plus.
