Faststream Recruitment is currently looking for a Surveyor to join a a leading provider of classification and compliance services to the maritime industry. They are looking for someone to join the team in Glasgow.
You will be working with defence clients to help support the high-profile T26 and T31 projects.
The Position
As a Surveyor you will be providing guidance on new construction and commissioning projects, and collaborating with shipyard teams to support the build supervision. You will be ensuring the construction of the vessels adheres to ship rules and regulations.
This role will suit you if you have engineering experience in either mechanical, electrical or structural disciplines, with a background in the Maritime industry. Previous surveying experience is not required, all training will be provided.

Please note: due to the nature of the projects, eligibility for SC clearance is required.
