Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to join the Houston office of a global provider of marine products. 
You will manage and coordinate supply and logistics (warehousing, transport, truck and barge delivery) activities across the region, ensuring supply continuity and On Time In Full delivery performance to customers is maintained in a safe and cost efficient way.
You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from Customer Service team members regarding stock levels and delivery arrangements with logistics service providers.
Then facilitate and manage the delivery process flow from Customer Service enquiry through to final delivery on-board customers vessel, liaising with Customer Service and delivery logistics service providers as required.
Monitoring stock levels with warehouse operators and logistics service providers, working closely with the companies partners and the Operations and Supply Chain Manager to ensure stock inventories are maintained.

Experience using an ERP software and Microsoft Officer will be a strong advantage.

You should hold a Diploma or Degree in a Maritime, Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant discipline.

An excellent work ethic and commitment to providing the highest levels or service possible to customers is essential. 

You must have the right to live and work in the US as no sponsorship is available.
