I am working with a leading Yacht Management Company to appoint an exciting new position of Superyacht Procurement Manager to join the team.

This is an office-based role, and you must have the right to live and work in one of the following locations to progress through the selection process. No sponsorship is offered as part of the package:
  
Monaco, France
Fort Laurderdale, USA

Duties include but will not be limited to:
  • Creating and maintaining procurement and logistics service deliverables
  • Providing oversight and management for all procurement and logistics activities
  • Managing existing and new vendor relations, contracts, and payment plans
  • Generating sustained revenue and profit and maximize fleet benefits

Essential:
 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and networking skills
  • Fluent in English
  
Desirable:  
  • Previous experience in the maritime industry (superyachts is a huge advantage)
  • Strong awareness of the yachting market
  • Fluent in another language
