Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed construction plans for subsea projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all work is completed according to schedule and budget.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, and work with project teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Review and approve project designs, specifications, and drawings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new project management strategies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in subsea construction project planning.
- Strong understanding of subsea construction techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera P6.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
They are flexible and you will be able to work in the Aberdeen or Bergen office depending on your preference.
