In this role, you'll take ownership of structural design development — from concept to Class approval — ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project schedules. You'll lead design projects, coordinate with classification societies and owners, perform structural calculations and rudder design, and guide detailed design teams toward optimal solutions. You'll also play a key part in troubleshooting production challenges and refining design efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in structural design within the marine or offshore newbuilding sector
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, AVEVA, Microsoft Office; FEMAP experience is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
