Ideal candidates will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years in the position as Sous Chef with luxury brands and high-end cuisine.
- Prior experience on 5-star or 6-star Cruise ships/Hotels.
- Strong USPH background.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a high level of cuisine and assisting in the daily operation of a cruise ship galley.
- Valid seagoing documentation.
- $4000 per month onboard
- Rotation schedule of 6:2 (months)
