Consulting & Business Analysis
- Work with customers to analyze and formulate the customer/system requirements, fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and Product functional design.
- Review and sign off formal customer requirements ahead of implementation activities.
Implementation
- Review functional requirements and deliver technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Company's Lead to ensure successful implementation of the product.
Project Management
- Formulate the project plan and work with customer teams to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Plan and track task execution, deliverables, issues and communication across customer and Company's teams.
- Work with customers to implement scope changes and manage change requests, when required.
Configuration
- Collaborate with Engineering Team on functionality implementation flows in Product Owner capacity.
- Perform configuration of the product as per functional requirements using JSON, JavaScript and DSL
Someone with experience in the related field would be held in high regard.
