Faststream are working with an Independent Marine Infrastructure Consultancy on several roles as their business continues to expand both in the UK and Europe. Our client offer advice to a range of clients with a focus on Marine cabling projects for Oil & Gas, telecom and renewable energy markets. You will be part of an international team and will be one of the first people in their new London office.
We are looking for a degree qualified Engineer with substantial experience within the subsea Cabling /Pipeline sector. Good experience with geotechnical experience and knowledge of Orcaflex would be beneficial. You will be working in a consultancy role giving advice to a range of clients from financial institutions through to owners and Power companies on all phases of design and construction of offshore windfarm projects. This role has a focus on risk and controls, so previous experience of this would be an advantage.
We are looking for candidates with effective communication skills both written and verbal, to be involved in complex meetings and give advice to owners on strategies and negotiations.
