Faststream have partnered with a leading international flag registry in the search for a Senior Registration and Mortgage Manager to join their Singapore office.
The Senior Registration and Mortgage Manager will oversee all vessel registration and mortgage transactions in Asia. They will be the main point of contact for clients who require high level advice and approval requests for registration and mortgage related enquiries and issues.
They will be the subject matter expert and provide guidance when it comes to vessel registration and mortgage submissions, to ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with the flag state rules.
The ideal candidate will be a law school graduate, preferably with an LL.M. They will need to have experience with mortgage instruments and financing documents as well as knowledge and experience in ship finance.
This role requires someone who is highly resourceful, inquisitive and solutions orientated. You must be able to work independently and efficiently in a high-paced environment.
