The Senior HR person should expect to:
- manage both strategic and operational HR works among offices regionally and all crewing matters.
- someone who understands HR aspects of both shore-based and ship-based in operations.
- refine current HR processes and implement initiatives in change management and restructuring.
- at least 5 years experience in HR management with proven success record in building up the HR team of the company.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- strong leadership and management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Have valid pass to work in Singapore.
