This is your opportunity to join Silverstream Technologies, a market leading clean technology company standing at the forefront of ship efficiency solutions and maritime decarbonisation. Silverstream are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology to reduce fuel burn and harmful emissions from oceangoing vessels.  They are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their vibrant London head office.

Location:
Marylebone, London 

The HR Coordinator is a broad ranging role and will give exposure to all elements of the HR remit, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, HR databases and reporting and will be a varied role where you can have an impact whilst learning from those around you.

The position will report to the HR Manager and is intended to provide a varied and interesting scope of engagement within the growing HR Team. Their will be opportunity for the role and responsibilities to develop further.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience & Characteristics:
  • Previous experience in HR administration required.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Experience of working with HR systems including data entry and reporting experience.
  • Experience of working in high volume (especially new starters/team member changes) HR admin role highly desirable.
  • High level numeracy and excellent literacy skills.
  • Degree qualified with part/full CIPD Level 3 qualification advantageous.
  • Good organisational and diary management skills.
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong and clear communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a changing workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business.

  • 1st Stage Interview - Ideally completed in person, potential for remote interview.
  • 2nd Stage Interview - Completed at their London HQ Office.
