We are actively recruiting for an Electrical Engineer with a strong technical and project background in newbuild, dry dock, upgrades and operations of large offshore assets.
As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer you will be responsible for the power generation, distribution, management, and associated controls to improve the project reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of marine electrical systems.
You will have core expertise of marine electrical engineering - HV, MV, LV and automation-control systems.
Ideally degree educated or equivalent, with project engineering experience in offshore oil and gas projects or marine design, construction projects and operations.
Broad and in-depth knowledge of marine electrical engineering and ship systems for steam and diesel electric plants, and in-depth knowledge of industry standards for vessel design including Classification Rules, Flag State and other regulatory requirements.
