- Experience in management of Sales & Marketing at ship repair/ marine and shore facilities
- Relevant University degree/Diploma in mechanical/marine/ electrical engineering or related degree
- Good knowledge of the merchant and offshore marine market both in the Middle East and overseas region. Exposure to Power plant /Land based Industries and O&G sector would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel frequently on international and regional business trips
- Capable of independently handling various customer accounts both International and Local.
- Good commercial & negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge about ship repair especially diesel engines and electrical repairs.
- Be a part of one of the largest service and repair companies in the maritime industry
- Work with a wide range of clients offering different bespoke services
