What's on offer? 

Awesome benefits, the 401k has a 6% match that starts at 90 days.  Medical, dental and vision start at day 1, and 3 medical plans to choose from, all through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.  The salary range is between $120k and $140k depending on the person.
