Job Title: RPA Business Analyst

Role Purpose
As an RPA Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to identify and document potential areas of improvement within our customers' existing business processes. You will play a crucial role in redesigning these processes and developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will collaborate with both teams to create customer-centric solutions that align with their specific requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for effective customer communication, project/program management throughout the service delivery process, and maintaining all RPA service delivery artifacts to ensure seamless operations.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- At least 6 to 10 years of experience in software development and business analysis, preferably in the Shipping Industry
- At least 8+ year of experience in creating and implementing Automation solution
- Ability to work on multiple technologies (.Net, C#, Python, Excel, VBA, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- People management experience
- Agile Product Owner Certification required
- Working knowledge of any OCR tools (preferably ABBYY Flexicapture)
- Working knowledge on other RPA tools like Blueprism, UiPath, Automation anywhere, Power Automate, Selenium, .net
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects, including the use of appropriate tools: Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, MS Planner or equivalent Microsoft Project, Visio, and all
Salary range: SGD 8,500 - SGD 9,500 (subjected to years of experience)
