Job Description

Join a leading logistics and project management team specializing in Floating Production Systems (FPS) initiatives. The organization manages everything from supplier coordination and logistics expediting to documentation, shipment handling, customs clearance, and full project management. You'll be part of a high‑performing team dedicated to delivering seamlessly to project sites and setting new benchmarks in global logistics. 
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as an embedded logistics and shipping specialist directly on-site at the client's premises
  • Develop shipment forecasts and plans based on material expediting reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers to arrange cargo collection and identify optimal shipping schedules
  • Liaise with overseas offices to secure freight rates, manage bookings, and track shipment status
  • Negotiate with carriers and execute freight bookings
  • Initiate shipments, prepare shipping documents, and assign UDR codes
  • Manage import/export permits and support customs declaration processes
  • Monitor shipment progression daily and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Join the client's shipment-status meetings and deliver status reports
  • Generate quotations and invoices promptly to bill the client
  • Collaborate across local and international offices to develop and submit tenders
  • Calculate project-level shipment costs, manage P&L per consignment, and compile monthly reports
  • Travel flexibly, both domestically and internationally, as required
Your Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, preferably within oil & gas or FPSO logistics
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and perform well under time constraints
  • Comfortable handling stress and working outside standard office hours when necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build stakeholder trust and represent the organization
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in spoken Chinese preferred due to regular interaction with Chinese-speaking clients
  • Excellent collaborator and effective team player
  • Proficient with Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Physically fit and available for national and international travel
