Job Description

Faststream are working with a major subsea energy business to add Pipeline Engineers at various positions to their team. This is a hybrid working role based out of Aberdeen. The client are open to candidates looking for both staff and contract opportunities. 

Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyse rigid pipelines and spools for subsea applications
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications
  • Perform stress analysis and other engineering calculations
  • Work with other engineers and disciplines to ensure that pipelines and spools are compatible with other systems
  • Contribute to the development of pipeline installation procedures
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance personnel
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Strong experience in rigid pipeline and spool design
  • Proven experience using pipeline design software, such as CAESAR II and ABAQUS
Must have right to work in the UK.
