You play a key role in supporting employees with HR-related matters across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing employment documentation, coordinating new hires and leavers, maintaining digital employee records, and supporting global HR activities locally. You’ll also be involved in organising internal events and handling basic work pass and travel processes. Key requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field, and at least 2 years of general HR experience, with working knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Experience in HR administration, including work pass coordination and employee lifecycle support
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive team attitude
