We are recruiting on behalf of a leading yacht management company seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic Creative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the marketing efforts of a world-class fleet of yachts available for sale and charter.

The Role As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality marketing content for a portfolio of world-class yachts. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help coordinate brochures, web content, photo and video shoots, and social media ideas.

This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone organised, creative, and eager to grow within the luxury yachting sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing materials and content for a portfolio of Central Agency yachts
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of brochures, web pages, and bespoke collateral
  • Organise and support creative shoots, liaising with photographers and videographers
  • Brief internal design teams and monitor timelines and deliverables
  • Contribute written content for digital channels, campaigns, and client communications
  • Support the planning and execution of brand and social media initiatives
  • Generate reports on marketing activity and assist with ad hoc projects as required
  • Participate in company sustainability and brand initiatives
About You
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good eye for visual presentation and content
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus
  • Familiarity with the luxury or yachting sector is advantageous
