The Role As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality marketing content for a portfolio of world-class yachts. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help coordinate brochures, web content, photo and video shoots, and social media ideas.
This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone organised, creative, and eager to grow within the luxury yachting sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing materials and content for a portfolio of Central Agency yachts
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of brochures, web pages, and bespoke collateral
- Organise and support creative shoots, liaising with photographers and videographers
- Brief internal design teams and monitor timelines and deliverables
- Contribute written content for digital channels, campaigns, and client communications
- Support the planning and execution of brand and social media initiatives
- Generate reports on marketing activity and assist with ad hoc projects as required
- Participate in company sustainability and brand initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good eye for visual presentation and content
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus
- Familiarity with the luxury or yachting sector is advantageous
