Key Requirements
- Former Master Mariner with solid seagoing experience and shore-based experience as a Marine Superintendent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marine safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage vessel operations and conduct inspections effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse, multicultural teams.
