Purpose:
  • Provide shore support to vessels worldwide, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Oversee daily vessel operations, focusing on safety and efficiency.
  • Foster client satisfaction through operational excellence.

  • Ensure tradability & safety of assigned vessels.
  • Deliver marine & operational excellence.

Critical Tasks:
  • Ensure safe vessel navigation.
  • Support marine operations and compliance.
  • Conduct ship visits, audits, and inspections.
Decision Making Authority:
  • Initiate emergency responses.
  • Approve vessel operations.
  • Assess bridge team performance.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
  • Class 1 Certificate of Competency.
  • Minimum 6 months sailing experience.
  • Desirable: Auditor, incident investigation experience.
Competencies:
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Strong PC skills and leadership.
  • Effective communication in English.
Working Relationships:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Success Factors:
  • Manage dynamic fleet profiles and regulatory requirements.
  • Overcome challenges of varied time zones and port requirements.
Other Information:
  • Occasional overseas and offshore travel required.
