What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee marine and technical assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and dry-docking.
- Ensure vessels meet international, class, and environmental standards (CII, EEXI, EU ETS, etc.).
- Support operational excellence by driving continual improvement in safety, compliance, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with owners, ship managers, and internal stakeholders across commercial and technical teams.
- Provide technical guidance, performance monitoring, and leadership to promote fleet efficiency.
- Chief Engineer or Master background required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in LNG fleet management, technical, or marine assurance functions.
- At least 1 year of shore-based superintendent experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of class, flag, and regulatory compliance (CII, EEXI, EU ETS).
- Experience in vessel inspections, dry-docking, or QA/QC processes.
- Open to candidates transitioning from sea to shore, especially from LNG backgrounds.
