Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all onboard hotel departments: F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment
- Collaborate with shipboard leadership and shore-side teams to maintain brand excellence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations and superior guest experience delivery
- Analyse operational data and guest feedback to drive improvements
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations
- 5+ years’ experience in senior hotel leadership onboard a cruise ship
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse, multinational teams
- Strong operational, financial, and guest service acumen
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- STCW certification (or willingness to obtain)
- $7000 per month (dependent on experience)
- 4 months on / 2 months off rotation
