Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact supporting major global clients, building long-term partnerships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify new opportunities, convert leads, and manage revenue through effective tender and contract negotiations.
- Monitor key account performance and market trends to optimize positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve commercial processes and contract management across regional teams.
- Ensure consistent execution of deals and tenders across multiple hubs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the shipping industry, with a focus on key account management.
- Strong knowledge of containerized shipping and commercial contract handling.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage effectively with Chinese stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Agile and adaptable to changing customer needs and market dynamics.
