Faststream are recruiting for a Lead Deckhand to join a 70m+ Motor Yacht currently in Europe. This is a single season vessel which operates a private program.
This position would suit an experienced Dechand looking for a step up into a leadership role.
To be considered you must:
- Have at least 1+ years experience as Deckhand on Yachts over 55m+
- Be confident in mentoring, training and guiding Deckhands new to the industry.
- Be well-presented, friendly and have a professional attitude.
- Have all seagoing documents with minimum 6 months' validity.
Start Date: May/June 2023
In return the yacht will offer 42 days holiday, an attractive salary, as well as the opportunity to be part of a friendly and hardworking team.
