HSEQ Manager

Our client, a global LNG company, is seeking an experienced LNG HSEQ Manager to join their London team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of HSEQ professionals, developing and implementing HSEQ strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team of HSEQ professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
Develop and implement HSEQ strategies across the LNG business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations, promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
Develop and deliver training programs to promote HSEQ awareness and support team development
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on HSEQ matters
Monitor and report on HSEQ performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

The successful candidate will have:

A degree in engineering or related field
Extensive experience in HSEQ management, preferably within the LNG industry
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
