Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboard HR function, ensuring positive crew relations and compliance.
- Advise senior leaders and crew on performance, training, and conduct.
- Oversee welfare programs, orientation, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with MLC, company policies, and international regulations.
- Act as a link between shipboard departments and shore-based HR.
- Proven experience as HR Manager/Senior HR Officer onboard a cruise ship.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and multicultural workforce management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; calm under pressure.
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification desirable.
- Valid STCW, C1D Visa, Seagoing Medical.
- Available October 2025.
