- Maintain top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene (USPH/HACCP).
- Manage food costs, stock control, and provisioning.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef within the Cruise sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine.
- Competitive salary of £7,500 per month on board.
- Annual bonus of up to 5%.
