Events Coordinator – Global Maritime & Corporate Events

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to plan, manage, and deliver impactful events worldwide, including vessel naming ceremonies, client panels, industry conferences, and internal employee events.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing large-scale corporate or maritime events and play a key role in strengthening brand presence and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute international events such as:
    • Vessel naming and delivery ceremonies
    • Client and industry panels, receptions, conferences, and sports tournaments
    • Employee engagement and internal events
  • Coordinate with shipyards, port authorities, suppliers, and global partners to deliver seamless ceremonies and gatherings.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring quality and alignment with brand values.
  • Develop event programs, speeches, agendas, and supporting materials in collaboration with communications and senior leadership.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including caterers, decorators, A/V providers, and travel partners.
  • Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all events.
  • Liaise with internal teams to align messaging and objectives.
  • Handle guest management (invitations, RSVPs, hospitality).
  • Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports with recommendations.
Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in planning and delivering international corporate events
  • Experience with vessel naming ceremonies or maritime industry events is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and international partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event management tools/software
