Job Description

This role will lead the Global Expedition Sales efforts.  team to grow revenue through the trade distribution. Additionally, this individual will partner with the inside PCC team to drive expedition direct sales through prospect leads. This leader will align sales initiatives with the Seabourn global strategy, brand and segment development needs while driving awareness, training and trade marketing efforts to grow expedition sales.
  • Lead expedition sales team in business development efforts with trade partners.  Identify new distribution channels throughout the trade.
  • Responsible for the direct management of North America Expedition Sales Manager and align expedition focus with North America sales team.
  • Engage and build strategic relationships with trade leadership to align with partner goals and strategy.
