The role consists of the following key Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Creating and processing sales orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Coordinating with suppliers, logistics companies, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Managing inventory levels and working with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing
- Monitoring and analyzing sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and trade laws
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in customer service or operations in a marine or oil-related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using SAP
- Knowledge of marine operations and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
