CRM Marketing Specialist (Reporting to Head of Department)

I am currently working with one of the most exciting brands in the travel/cruise industry who due to growth is looking to expand the Marketing team based out of Hamburg, Germany.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Set editorial direct marketing plan print and digital

Develop strategy and distribution plan for print mailings and newsletters as part of an integrated marketing campaign for B2C to increase sales

Build email journeys for dedicated audiences

Utilize inspirational content for our destinations, products, and brands through e-mail marketing and newsletter

Manage end-to-end creation of direct marketing campaigns with support of the productions team.

Have a test-and-learn approach where iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through messaging and targeting is on the agenda

Academic and Professional Qualifications: 

Business administration, marketing, or communication studies

At least 5 years of professional marketing CRM and Email Marketing experience

Experience in coordination and process optimization
