What Will You Do?
We are seeking a talented Crewing Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all crewing activities for our diverse fleet, working closely with our operational team based in Manila.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing annual crewing budget and forecasts
- Optimizing Crewing team performance
- Developing and executing crewing strategy
- Implementing new crewing systems
- Coordinating recruitment and career progression for senior officers
- Establishing crewing procedures and policies
- Setting training, competency, and performance standards
- Coordinating crew requirements and procedures
- Monitoring and reporting crew-related incidents
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and industry standards

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Extensive experience in crewing
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a multinational environment
- Strong management and negotiation skills
- Understanding of shipping industry (Deep Sea Vessels specifally)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Knowledge of international labor laws and regulations
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
