Faststream have partnered with a leading, international organization who provide a range of services focused around testing, inspection and asset integrity management, to the oil & gas and renewables markets.
My clients operate from 20 countries worldwide and, having a registered entity in Taiwan, they are now looking for a Country Manager to build and lead the office there, with a focus on developing the offshore wind markets.
Initially, this individual will be heavily involved in business development and commercial management of the business, with a focus on growing a network of offshore wind developers in the region and increasing the company's market share.
The Country Manager will then be tasked with hiring a strong team of technical and commercial executives to help take the business to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership experience. You would have experience managing a P&L and handling and initiating business growth.
Applicants who have experience in the offshore wind industry will be held in high regard.
