Faststream is currently searching for a Chemical Tanker Operator to join an international leader specialising bulk liquid and chemicals transportation.
Potential employee would be responsible for commercially operating assigned ships by planning and managing their voyage, overseeing bunkering cargo stowage, port rotation among other tasks. Preferred candidate would have previous on-shore experience with operating tanker/chemical vessels, although sea-faring experience (at officer's level) on said vessels can be considered as well. Logistics/business-related degree and/or maritime licence would be an advantage.
Vessel operations commands a 24/7 coverage, and you should be willing to work extended hours should the situation demand.
To be considered for this role, you need to be a citizen of United States or a Green Card holder – the company will not consider sponsoring candidates outside of US at this occasion.
