Faststream are pleased to currently be working with a 6* boutique luxury cruise company and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef De Cuisine to support and supervise the galley team onboard. 

As Chef De Cuisine you will manage the entire galley of the venue assigned to you providing a varied and exciting role. You will prepare meals to the highest standards, serve as a link between your assigned galley and the main galley and be a 'hands on' leader of your team.

The ideal candidate will have:
-At least 10 years experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar position in a 5* hospitality and/or restaurant environment.
-Cruise Ship experience
-Well developed management skills in a fast-paced environment.
-Fluent English language skills (additional language a benefit but not necessary)
