Faststream is working with a Globally Leading Port Agency delivering services through more than 360 port offices, providing one-stop solution for charterers, ship managers, and ship owners/operators.

Are you an experienced alliance/partnership manager with a track record of success in building and maintaining partnerships in an international environment?

Do you have a strategic mindset and the ability to negotiate and execute exciting partnership solutions that drive quality and revenue?

If so, our client wants you to join their team as a Channel Partnership Manager.
As our Channel Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and driving relationships with partners to increase long-term revenue and performance for the company. You will work closely with sales and executive management to develop strong, lucrative, and positive relationships with partners that are mutually beneficial for both companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing partners and expand joint offerings and revenue for both parties
  • Generate new business opportunities with company partners
  • Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions
  • Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solution areas
  • Set up policies and performance KPIs to measure partnerships and monitor against them.
  • Provide training/coaching to partners as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years alliance/partnership management experience
  • Work experience within a technology or outsourcing firm
  • Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) or Software on Demand
  • Experienced to work in a global context and ability to travel with an international mindset
  • English speaker (second language, as relevant)
