Are you a proven hunter in business development, someone who actively seeks out opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear?

Do you enjoy building relationships across multiple levels of an organization and turning them into measurable results?

As Business Development Manager, your role is to generate new business and acquire customers through a structured, multi-level sales approach. You’ll be responsible for revenue, margin, service orders, and KPIs across key accounts. Can you analyze customer journeys, identify the right opportunities, and execute strategies that deliver results? Do you thrive under pressure and enjoy managing complex pipelines with multiple accounts at once?

You will pursue competitive RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs, and pitch service contracts that consolidate business into a reliable network. Can you craft proposals that clearly communicate value and consistently convert opportunities into wins? Are you comfortable taking ownership of challenges and resolving issues before they escalate?

This role also requires building strong relationships with fleet teams, ship management, and purchasing leaders. Are you confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels and leveraging these connections to grow business?
