Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst in the maritime industry with a focus on overseeing commercial projects, managing relationships, and supporting sales practices on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is crucial for the success of a trading firm.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Cultivate robust and reliable connections, demonstrating the capacity to guide and train individuals in utilizing the CRM system.
  • Scrutinize CRM and research data through Power BI to monitor and present reports on revenue, pipeline, and overall performance.
  • Ensure precision and timeliness of all information in CRM.
  • Identify and communicate potential concerns to senior management concerning sales management and handle client conflict resolution among traders.
  • Conduct market research on leads and current customers; perform ad-hoc analysis spanning all sectors.
  • Participate in various projects and strategic initiatives aimed at fostering business and revenue expansion.
  • Undertake ad-hoc analytical tasks as needed to address diverse business and project requirements.
  • Regularly report on the profitability of different business units and comprehend the underlying factors influencing it.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field in Maritime.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and relationship management within the maritime industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
