Faststream is recruiting for an Assistant Front Desk Manager for a globally recognized award winning cruise brand.

As part of the Guest Relations Team the Assistant Front Desk Manager is the liaison between the Guest Relations Team and all Hotel and Marine Departments to support proactive anticipation to guest needs and expectations.

You must possess outstanding hospitality, communication, leadership and organizational skills, paying keen attention to detail.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
  • 2 Years guest facing service experience in an cruise/large hotel environment, supervising teams of 10 or more.
  • Valid STCW
  • Valid C1/D Visa (or ability to obtain)
