In a nutshell this person will provide delicate, receptive, and cost-effective claims handling and general support to Members and brokers withy claim issues.
Looking for someone
- To manage and assist claims under supervision
- Maintain accurate estimates on each file and investigate to cause of claim
- Prepare reports
- To assist Loss Prevention department and relevant underwriter where claims trend or vessel is detected
Looking for someone with min of two years of claims handling experience in marine industry, preferred knowledge of P&I or someone with H&M or Cargo claims experience is willing to work towards P&I qualifications.
