Responsibilities:
 
Responsible to plan, direct, monitor the activities of the sales team within the assigned area/ territory and ensure the business goals and targets is achieved. The role also responsible to identify, grow, mentor and motivate the team while managing performance.
 
Being resourceful, innovative and works well with team, cross function and stakeholders. To seeks feedback from the stakeholders to optimize
sales approach.
 
Accountabilities:
 
• Develop local business plan with alignment to global and cluster strategies
for market expansion, new customer and key account management and
development
• Define, implement and monitor sales structures, sales channels and policies
to assure the achievement of established objectives
• Ensure effectiveness implementation of define local sales strategy
• Participate in strategic project pursue and provide guidance in developing
winning strategy/action plan
• Involve and support in sales meetings with customers to identify needs and
gain customer acceptance of Festo product and solutions
• Involve and manager customer relationship management with team to
ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against
forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the
overall performance of the sales team
• Involve and support on acquisition and supervision of key customers/
accounts and negotiate special prices who are of strategic importance to
the organization
• Conduct periodic sales calls/reviews and generate related booking
forecast
• To perform any ad hoc tasks been assigned from time to time

Preferred:
  • 5-7 Years of management experience 
  • Managed a team of at least 7 people
  • Experience in electronic industrial automation
