As an Account Manager you will be Engaging with key accounts to demonstrate unique and compelling added value to secure revenue growth and long-term revenue contracts.

- Creation of sales plans for accounts
- Understand customers’ needs and provide feedback to product development
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the value proposition for different marine sectors
- Identify, qualify new prospects
- Engage with qualified prospects through direct meetings and continuous dialogue to create positive long-term partnerships
- Manage the entire sales process through to close
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Proactively identify sales and strategic growth opportunities
- Contribute with new creative ideas for marketing, sales documentation, presentations and to R&D
- Attend conferences and exhibitions as directed
- Form a consultative sales strategy for each opportunity / customer
- Attend the Manchester office as / when required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Commercial acumen along with a desire and drive to succeed
- Experience in selling software products
- Experience in the Shipping Industries preferable
- Experience in consultative / solution selling
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Proven track record of consultative and / or strategic selling, into the Marine sector
- Driving licence required
