Our client is a leading physical distributor and reseller of global marine fuel (bunker), rapidly expanding their office based in Gibraltar.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Handling day-to-day operations of time charter vessels of tankers/chemical tankers.
- Issuing voyage instructions/orders.
- Preparation of cargo tanks.
- Handling all post-fixture documentation.
- Liaise with Charterers.
- Assessing and handling bunker procurement.
- Monitoring performance and profitability of fleet's voyages
- Overseeing and enforcing regulatory, governmental requirements/HSSE/Safety guidelines.
A preferred candidate should have: - Minimum of 1 year of tanker operations experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in a 24//7 role
- Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
- Right to work in European Union.
